What is InsHAEN?

Curated by Haen, InsHaen (pronounced ‘insane’) is an exhibition of music, visual art, and unapologetic expression. The first edition premieres Haen’s first-ever hybrid live set, alongside original works by a variety of visual artists.

Rooted in a lived experience with ADHD, InsHaen embraces chaos as a creative force. It seeks to reframe neurodivergence - it isn’t trying to quieten the noise inside, but rather emboldening it into art.
